Quick and easy
One of the best things you can do for yourself is to start your day with protein.
My favorite way to do that is a quick and easy protein shake.
All you need is protein powder. I prefer pea protein as I am dairy sensitive but use what protein powder works for you.
Frozen fruit- this can be fresh fruit that you have frozen or just from the freezer section. This is also a great way to use up bananas that have gone to far for eating.
Milk – again I use Almond milk because of dairy sensitive, another great one is Fairlife, higher in protein and lactose free.
Chia seeds- this adds fiber and a little balk to your protein shake.
So it’s 1 C fruit, 2 scoops protein powder, 2 tsp chia seeds and 1 C milk mix in a blender and you have breakfast or lunch to go.
